Got it all up and running fine (1st try). The only problem I'm having is it keeps asking me for my log-in info every time I start the game (i.e. my bnet registered e-mail) but I think that's due to the fact that even though I started up the game once while online.. I didn't actually START a game, and save first.
Here's another odd thing.. I'm reading about many people having "missing" HotS files and unable to advance any further. Can a few of you verify something for me? If you go into the game Options>Gameplay.. near the top left there is a drop-down box that says something like: "Use expansion for custom and matchmaking games". If you open the dropdown, does your second choice say "HotS - Starter Edition"? As in.. the HotS expansion is NOT the whole one?
I'm wondering if I accidentally let a signal "leak out" somewhere during the process and my HotS files were downgraded to a starter edition.. or is everyone's saying that?
BTW.. the game also only starts for me using the "switcher" exe. If I use anything else it just gives the "updating launcher" loop. No big thing.. I'm just wondering if i can finish the HotS campaign though.

That HotS starter edition is there because you downloaded the game and created an account in Starter Edition. Once you ran the Razor keygen, you also got Wings of Liberty license. As far as Heart of the Swarm goes, you don't have a license for it, but Blizzard made the mistake of not protecting it, so with a save file or SC2allin1, you are able to run the content of the game.
That's also the reason why we have the old menu, etc.
TL;DR: You did nothing wrong.

Hello. Nice job being able to bypass Blizzard. I am very curios if there is a way to play, only, the HOTS campaign if I have the legit version of SCII:WOL installed on my PC. I have searched and saw,on this forum, that I have to downgrade to 2.0.5 (using the files you posted here) and load the campaign save you provided. Is this all? To me it seems to easy :D. I wouldn't like to flag my battle.net account as a fraud and get it closed.

Is there something wrong with the EnB files for downgrade?
I've already tried to redownload them twice and so far, no results. It always goes that there are missing files and I have to replace the files with backup.
I have EnGB 2.0.6 and everything is cracked correctly, just with the addition of protection against that little trick, I can't play the skirmish in HotS mode.
I did the following twice:
1. Download the downgrade files.
2. Back up my current files and remove them from the game directory.
3. Place both in the place of their 2.0.6 predecessors.
Everything according to your tutorial and yet it somehow always just tells me it is missing files, although when I repalce them with backup, everything gose to normal. I even checked if nothing's missing from the downloaded files and no luck...
Any ideas?

the fact is that only the enUS or enGB are confirmed, I have the 1.45 ver and the downloader doesn´t allow the update but save your starcarft 2 folder and give a try, you´ve got to actualize till 2.06 and enable the online game
The language has nothing to do, but I know that I am failing, I did the steps to play skirmish nothing else, what can be the problem?
ive played the hole campain and its worked just fine , you just need to save avery time you exit the game , but i cant play vs AI whit the new units :( any ideas?

For AI YOU NEED THE CACHE FILES! The game also needs to be started up offline!
You can only play with new units through the SC2allin1.
Until we get a proper crack, that is.
