I'm not trying to be an ass-licker of Vernam's, but may I suggest for those of you who feels that whatever he work on here is useful or will be useful in the future, maybe you should try to donate some of your coffee money for him, instead of just saying to speed things up and make requests all the time.
I totally appreciate what he does over here, and using his SC2Allin1 before I even know this site. I don't really care about campaign and all, as long as I can kill some time playing the skirmish, which Blizzard, until this moment, won't allow us to play that way.
For people who have a broadband internet with sucky speed like me, I need this thing a lot. When Blizzard decides to make this thing offline, I'll 100% buy this game. And until then, I hope I can spend some little more to donate.
Just don't be an ignorant people, if you've got a good experience by using his tool, donate. :)
Thanks for posting this method, it works great, I use it with Snify's Loader to bypass the game always trying to go online. With the latest patch 2.06 it gives me errors about files not being complete 100%, so I have to downgrade to 2.05.
Can anyone confirm that SC2 HOTS campaign is fully playable, or you only get the Started Edition (few missions)?
you should swich step 7(1) and 5, becouse the keygen works only on v2.05 , so first downgrade then use the keygen... also you dont have to finish the 1 mission in wol compain, u just need to start it then save wrightaway and then kill the game
Tutorial Works for EN-US version as well. I'm using it. Here's what I did (Fresh Windows 8 / clean install w/ all drivers on my laptop).
1. Download Starcraft 2 starter edition, create free BattleNet account. 2. Once installed (2.06). Login, play the game. Create a user profile and play the first mission on the starter edition. 3. quit the game. kill internet, then play the game once more. It will attempt to connect (click on cancel as instructed on tutorial). 4. Game menu starts, but it WILL complain that you CANNOT enter the game on offline mode for starter edition. 5. Kill the game. Now launch Razor Key Generator. Wait for the wheels to display then click on F2. If done correctly, you'll see the wheel turn to: "SKID-ROW SUCKS!!". Now press escape and exit the keygen (your're done with this) 6. Launch the game again offline to confirm that razor's license generator worked. Game should now allow you to enter "OFF-LINE" mode. 7. Replace (recommend deleting and copying the downlaoded version over) the Updates and base24944 directory. The file you'll find after downloading the 2.05 downgrader proviced on this tutorial 7. Now download and copy over the gamesave file (Heart of the Swarm Campaign) also provided on this tutorial. 8. **remember after the initial login, you should've remained offline (kill the internet all this time). Now launch the game once more. It intially gave me an error, but then then tried to connect to battle.net. Now you again press the 'cancel' button and get into the game. You'll receive a message saying you're now in an "Off-line" mode. 9. Click on Campaign. Then load game. You should be able to see the Heart of the Swarm gave save. Load it. 10. Once the game loads, you can hit F10, end the game and see the beginning cinematics (if you wish).

I managed to run in offline mode the first time but the second time I got the missing files message.Tried with deleting variables in documents and theres no bigger folder than 24994 in "Versions".Any solutions?
already did that and i bypass the the offline mode shit but the save file fails to load properly(the textures are not fully loaded etc etc and no its not the graphics driver :P)and after a reset the files missing message appears ingame.Like somehow Im losing my licence in the game lol
If your license from the registry disappears, or certain files disappear, then that's because Starcraft II found something faulty in those files, entries. If you have the 100% error, just delete the variables.txt in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\StarCraft II (My Documents) OR delete the entire folder. This should fix it.
Vernam7 & Snify Hope you guys succeed in activating HOTS menu. I'm currently replaying WOL campaign so it will be quite good if its ready when i continue to HOTS :p
DariVernam, will the loader fix the problem with AMD CPUs and the disappearence of the registry file?
if we make it as we want at the end and we succeed yes we should have a working license and you dont even need to worry about registry license gone or not anymore.
but..... until then......
This Business Is Binary. You are a 1 or a 0. Alive or Dead.-
Play SC2 Offline with StarTCraft Loader:

Just delete everything from HKCU\Software\Blizzard Entertainment (WARNING DO NOT DELETE ALL IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT SAVED SETTINGS (even from Diablo 3 or other Blizzard Products!) - Everything from %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Blizzard Entertainment (WARNING THIS FOLDER CONTAINS YOUR CACHE AND OFFLINE FILE) and everything from MyDocuments\StartCraft II.
If you have deleted all these locations, it's gonna be like you have never installed Starcraft II at all.

Vernam, will the loader fix the problem with AMD CPUs and the disappearence of the registry file?
@popec
Downgrade to 2.0.5
steps:
1)simply go to your sc2 installation directory
2)find and delete the "Updates" folder then get the "Updates" folder from the rar file and replace it there
3)back to your sc2 installed directory open the "Versions" folder
4)find and delete the "Base24944" then get the "Base24944" from the rar file and replace it there
then use the loader to start the game or kill your internet connection before you start.

Do I start my game from C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II ?
Because it tries to search for updates...

You did the wrong downgrade files I guess. Start you SC2 Launcher and let it update/fix to 2.0.6 then downgrade with the correct/proper files again.

And I also had deleted the Variables.txt

I just did all Snify said, but I am getting still the same error, I have got the enUS version and also the right patchfiles.
