How do we check the registry for license?
Also, any advice on what I should do to get it working? :(

i have examines snifys source code, at least few versions back, there is no trojan horse, i wouldnt allow it in nibbits if it was!
this loading offline - cracking method acts like a possible virus would do, let me put it simple
the loader wants to hijack the game to not access teh web, this as a behavor is suspecious by some antiviruses, and thats why it tell you its a "GENERIC trojan"! doesnt know it thinks it is!
well its not, and as long as you allow your antivirus stopiing you to crack teh game you will never play it. simple as that
you are asking something asnwered like a trillion times! if you read the 1st post, or do a small search where the license is creted in the registry you will not miss it!
thats why i do not reply questions like that.
OK, I understand your frustration, but yet it's not very specific in the OP (opening post).
So, if I see the Licenses key with a value in the location described in the OP - does it mean I have it or I need to have something else?
P.S.: thank you very much for taking your time to help us, fans, play the game, but I'm still unable to play it - have you read my previous post (the one addressing you in bold)?

I have even replaced the cache files and modified the hosts file by now, but the game behaves differently than described in the OP. So, either the solution doesn't work anymore (Blizzard came up with something to prevent this) or there is a possibility that I did something wrong, but then again I was following the steps in the OP and there was hardly anything I could've screwed up. Anyway...

@ jazz did you play a game and save in online mode that generate you a save like "Liberation Day Victory"? and sometimes the crack don´t work at first but if that´s the case you renew the license cracking again, besides the host.txt doesn´t work anymore, got connnection! so turn off the wifi or uplug the LAN cable, I have the entire folder save and a save game file in desktop as launcher

I only did what's in the instructions - so no, I haven't played the game at all yet, but all I care about is the single-player campaign!
I've ran the crack again, but nothing changes.
Well, that's what I do - try to launch the game w/o internet, but it's not working still.

you´ve got to play a game online A WOL GAME and generate a savegame, then go offline, otherwise the offline mode never starts
run the SC2switcher.exe from Support folder under install dir instead of the Starcraft II.exe under main dir.

@Jazz, And that's why you're opening StarCraft II.exe, which leads to open the StarCraft II Launcher (that will update the patch). As always (offline), open the SC2Switcher.exe for offline play.
@Vernam7, still no NEWS for releasing the keygen for HotS??? But I'm still waiting while busy with playing other games... literally.

I have tried setting keytro's affinity only to core0 and also making a savegame of WOL on 2.0.6 online (then downgraded as instructed). Still no luck, still getting cannot use Starter Edition offline.
What is the registry key that is created by the keytro?

I manage to play player vs custom AI (Green Tea)
I found Protoss and Terran is so lazy, is that normal?
I make zerg vs others and observing how they working, Zerg always get large army and steamrolling others often.
All AI is on insane/elite they don't seems to match with Zerg... I dunno if AI problems or my setting problems.

Vernam7, I already installed everything with no problems, and played the game already like 5 times. However, today I got a notification saying "Error: BLZAPPBTS00008 - Failed to Extract Required Files From Archive"
I have already restarted, and tried re-installing the patch 2.0.5, deleting the battle-net folder, as suggested in other sites, and nothing worked. If you, or anyone else, have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it, as it took me four days to download the game, and I would much prefer not having to do it again

1st: it works so thanks a lot.
2nd: does any of you know how to disable the connection to blizzard servers - as i have tried to add the entries to the hosts file and it doesn't work. also have tried to use windows firewall in order to disable the internet connection, it didn't work and tried to download more content (to re-upgrade the version for 2.6), any thoughts?
btw, Os is win 7 64bit...

i tryed snifys keygen it displays the msg its cracked but crashes again :( i have the f. freamework no idea what is causing the crashes

a new keygen that will provide fully working WOL and Hots license is in the works, thats all i can say now, all i can share! its a very difficult taskd and i found few people to help me out on this.
there is no estimation time because lets say at the momment we are in the analysis-debuging part, which is the most painfull, hard, and time consuming!
if we manage to finish and crack teh analysis, then its just the time we need to build a new one and test it, and that really just few hours of work. but untill then we are doing our best.
on a personal level i am very disapointed that now, after 2 weeks there is none "known crack group" out there that has release anything! :(
O.k.,
So i've downloaded that patch, the good news, it's still ver 2.05 (Yay).
Also it added a file in the base 24944 folder (SC2-25092-Win.SC2Archive).
the issue is: the game is loading but when i suppose to enter my user it crashes moving me back to the play screen in an endless loop (as long as i press the "Play" button)...
again, any thoughts?

I can't play the HOTS campaign. The terran campaign works but the zerg campaign just says 'start movie' and I can't load the save file. PLEASE HELP!!
