If by that you meant to set it so sc2.exe process only uses 1 core my results were the same.
I tried it while in game didnt work
so I restarted the game same result
so I reapplied the license with ftl's tool and when I started the game again I got the same result.
did I misunderstand what you were asking me to do or is there something else I should try?

repair, let it update to 206 go to page 1 and get the last keygen for HOTS and offlinefile, at teh bottom
You people dont get offline file because you dont repeat 'the login to battle.net using a starter account first' routine.
update the game, log on and get the starter info, exit, copy cache/use keygen, play offline.

We all logged into the starter edition already, got the files, including "offline" but somehow the Client doesn't stop deleting the licence info from the Registry as soon as we trying to "Connect" ...

Probably registry fail. Block it manually .
I have finally cracked it. I was facing the same "cannot play Starter Edition in offline mode" with an intel i7-920 overclocked cpu with HT *OFF* ever since I installed it about 10 days ago. I turned HT *ON* today on and voila everything is working now, both WOL and HOTS campaign.

doing alchemists like turning off the Hyper Threading technology i found it to be completely BAD and maybe stupid Idea!
i am not gonna cripple my system if i can run a keygen properly. end of story.
My guess is that the keygen uses a table with info on each CPU and calculates the license from that whereas SC2 scans the hardware and calculates if the license is correct.
I only disabled HT it a long time ago because I saw numerous benchmarks indicating it cost fps loss (albeit minor). I read recently that the only game that benefits from HT is Crysis 3.

i dont want to go into arguments about ht ht its not just for games, doesnt matter who benefits or not, it simple multitasking and by disabling it you are wasting your cpu!

first I turn off the wi fi but need to seed because ratio matters so I end stoping all traffic but usseles the prorgram connects till I use this one
Hi everybody try downgrading from windows 7 sp1 by uninstalling via windows updates under the control panel solved this problem that been driving me nuts For me

what? are you crazy? you are recommending to users to uninstall the entire sp1 of windows 7 and have crippled os to play Starcraft?.
thats can not be the problem. no way find other solution guys, find maybe drivers what ever but DO not unsitall hotfixes or service packs or disable your cores.
this doesnt worth it.

let me tell you something
i HAD this deleting license problem my self many months ago in my laptop that has intel i3, i fixed the problem but i do not recall at all what i did because to me was not that off an issue back then. i had clear instlalation, good cachec and oflfine file, and produced a key that worked. i honnestly cant recall exactly what i did at all, because it was so long ago!
but what i can recall for sure is what i DIN'T do!
