failed to download information about the next patch

• Hi, had SC2 HotS installed and cracked using your solution, it was working until today. Now when I launch SC2 - launcher tries to connect to internet and then says 'failed to download information about the next patch', then only option is to quit launcher, game won't start. Anybody knows how to solve this?

• Doesn't fix that problem ^^ but if I open a save file in Explorer - game starts, I can play the campaign

• Got the same issue but I missed reading this so I went for the re-install path...

• I dont know about your case.. but i had the same issue before installation so what i did was went to C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Client\.agent.db and opened in notepad and changed http://****.patch.battle.net:1119/patch to http://enUS.patch.battle.net:1119/patch
  then it worked. The installation ran.
