Never had this until tonight, anyone else getting it??
Here is the error;

@Heretician: In order for us to help you out better, could you please list some additional details:
- Which part of the start process you were on when the error occurred (eg. "My loading bar got up to about 40% when it crashed")
- Whether you're trying to connect to Battle.net servers or you're using AI
- If you're using AI, what version (version number and standard/cheating/etc)
- Any modifications you've made to your SC2 install
- Your operating system (would it happen to be XP?)
Get back to me with those details and I'll see what I can do to help you out.
I have it also when my loading bar is about 80% help me plz ... and then crash with this shit ..

I've been getting the same error too even after reinstalling. I've only been using the SC2allin1 launcher to play, I run on vista and have been playing using the latest patch and my loading bar also gets to around 80% before it crashes.
I can't play any sc2 now.

@Bob: Actually it's interesting you mentioned that, I have been hearing lots of reports of the SC2AllIn1 launcher causing errors with the latest patch. Until it's resolved try using a different launcher. That should fix your issue :)
To anyone else with this or similar problems: Try a different launcher until the AllIn1 one is patched.
I have tried using all of the other launchers but I still get the same error =(

@Bob: Have you made any changes to your computer in the last little while? Try running System Restore just to check what changes you may have made recently. Do not run a System Restore at this point; it's just that because Windows creates restore points automatically whenever changes are made to your computer, we may be able to figure out the cause.

If you do a reinstall after this error, you will likely get the same error unless you clean you registry after uninstall, restart, and reinstall. Try CC cleaner, worked for me as well as some others. Check the other forums too, like the help threads on this forum for the all in one launcher, lots of helpful stuff there for you guys.
