    Anyway, go to the terrain editor (T) then press space. Now you can click the left mouse button and drag to select an area. This area will show up as green on the mini map. Press Ctrl+c to copy and Ctrl+v to paste! and done.

    And how to resize the map. Go to Map>Map bounds. There you can mess around with the map size.
