  • If recalling the previous map settings suggestion doesn't suit, a simpler alternative to aid in entering settings without having to change the interface layout would be to allow double-click on player 1's columns headers to toggle defaults for certain columns.

    Eg.1 Double-clicking on the "Location" header could toggle between setting all Locations to Random and numbering sequentially from 1 to 8 (or however many are allowed for the map.

    Eg.2 Double clicking on the Team column could alternate between ...
    (1) Number sequentially: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
    (2) Repeat each team once: 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 4
    (3) Repeat 3 times (if 6 player map): 1 1 1 2 2 2
    (4) Repeat 4 times (if 8 player): 1 1 1 1 2 2 2 2
