  • Ahhh, found it. It's a function in the Unit Group section that can allow you to select large groups of units.

    "Pick each unit in Unit Group"
    You can end up modifying the Unit Group to be a region instead by using: "Units in region matching condition". I picked the entire map, but under the conditions "Not in a certain region".
