  • HEY!!!! I found it! This came as a breakthrough to me. Here, I'll tell those who don't cuss at me ;D
    What you do is first, find the ability of the upgrade you want to change. Then you click Ability - Info + (this is if you have all 5 buttons clicked above the editing thing box so that the box will appear as a long list of things to edit). Double-click on whichever upgrade you want, then scroll down to the bottom. The second to lowest item will be worded "Info - Time" without the quotes. Change that, and you have the time at your hands. Somewhere in that list there is the price and stuff too.

    Example-
    Ability tab. Forge - Research (Forge). Double-click Ability - Info +. Double-click Upgrade Ground Weapons Level 1. Scroll to the bottom. Type desired time into Info - Time. DONE!!!!!!! :D WOOOOHOOOO!!!
