is - 14803 after the quotation mark?

i used your method, this is what i got:
"unable to launch game"

OK I've found out how to launch patch 8 if you've installed patch 9 and aren't getting any races loading.
Create a shortcut for lazylaunch2. Right-click the shortcut and go to properties. Under the field labeled target add -v 14803 at the end so it looks like this (Change the install path if needed):
"C:\Program Files\StarCraft II Beta\lazylaunch2.exe" -v 14803
That should do it. You wont be playing the latest version of the game, but at least you can play it.

Same thing here, I've tried using the launch option -v 14803, to try and force the game to load the patch 8 version, but that didn't work. Only thing that's worked for me is using lazylaunch1, but then I'm stuck playing a rather old version of the game :(

yeah I have the same problem, its really annoying to stare at the fog of war while you have no units
i guess we must wait for the launcher :-?
I have updated to latest patch and all units have vanished from the maps. Has anyone experienced similar issues? Can any of you guys offer a solution? Any help or advice is appreciated
