I just started Starcraft 2, so I'm still kind of learning about everything.
I can try moving the expansion away from the ramps on all four of them to give more room.
As for the no-fly zones, they're only there because of the high objects, like the obelisks. I wasn't aware of the water being blocked as well. I'll try to open up that space better, maybe move the higher objects around or get rid of some of them.

I re-positioned the expansions so that they are closer to your main base and farther away from the ramp. I also got rid of a few objects and I hope that everything clears up and air units can get through there.
The circles aren't the actual radius, they're just to show you where the no-fly zones are.

A well designed map over all, however there were a few things of note that I; personally, didn't really like. First off is that for some of the bases the second set of minerals/gas is very close to the entrance ramp making it hard to organize a defensive 'wall' there because your resource operations are in the way.
Secondly the no-fly zone around the center can be a bit annoying. I can see a reason why you can't fly over big obelisks that you'd technically fly through but what's so bad about flying over water?

I played the map with my brother and he said it needed more expansions, so I'll release one with a few more. Maybe 4 or so.
