This person ExTraxx is blatantly reposting maps on Nibbits.
My map Axis of Industry was reposted by ExTraxx with no indication that anything has been done to it.
After noticing that, I saw that ExTraxx posted Orbital Divide and credits TeToNN--this map is an original work by konicki that I've seen posted for a long time in konicki's iCCup mapping thread.
ExTraxx is not redesigning maps, he or she is taking credit and adding nothing. Also, a slew of ExTraxx maps are drowning out all the hard work other people are posting.
Please investigate this person's activities on Nibbits; I feel they infringe on with hard work of mappers and the Nibbits community.

ExTraxx's re-post of my map has 159 downloads to the 117 downloads of my original version. How will you feel when it's your map?
Nibbits forums these days don't necessarily get a lot of views. May I suggest that you consider the following:
1. Posting a reply to your own thread bumps its reply count to 1. This can actually hurt your thread visibility, because people may assume your concern has already been addressed.
2. The more descriptive a thread title, the more likely it is to be read. Perhaps consider a title like "Mods please investigate reposting of maps" - information such as the name of the user in question is not relevant for the title of the thread and can be included in the post itself.
3. Making a post that is calm and collected is more likely to elicit a helpful reply. I can understand how you're feeling, but realize that "How will you feel when it's your map?" could be interpreted as unnecessarily confrontational.
Now that that's out of the way:
1. Isn't the user in question MCP, not ExTraxx? I cannot find any reference to that username in the links you posted.
2. A week is a much more reasonable time to wait for a response from a Nibbits moderator or authority. After that time, consider PMing one of the moderators directly to address your concern. Keep in mind it is not necessarily the job of moderators to handle these types of issues, but it's a good place to start. 2 days is really not a long time considering the activity level of these forums.
In conclusion/TL;DR:
On behalf of the Nibbits community I'd like to thank you for bringing this issue to the attention to the community. These forums aren't extremely active, so please give at least a few days for a reply. After that, you may wish to PM a moderator for assistance.

And yeah, the user is MCP, when I went back to the reposts I don't see ExTraxx anymore... I assumed MCP stands for MapCraft Productions, which is what the user writes at the top of the map posts.
Anyway, thanks for the constructive reply. I didn't mean to come across hysterical, its just that I simply will stop posting map files if they are going to be reposted immediately.
@dimfish: I completely understand how you feel. It's completely unacceptable behaviour to blatantly repost maps without permission, and I'm sure mods are investigating the situation as we speak. Hang in there :)
Loading Allso now in serious times, who are downloading at your map and online play will have to invite the editor and you should now already on the map must have your acc you rename it anyway and this will be done in bnet automatically to the author

I have all ICCUP maps loaded from bnet because they are all very good, but they are alternating following available for download because they were locked in the editor, and there are many authors want to protect so their work was known to render them not even there they are if they will not play in bnet bnet deleted from the archive

Make your own maps instead of supposedly tweaking other maps and then posting them as your own. IF anything leave comments for the map editor to change himself. You are not the author of these maps as other editors have poured their hearts into these maps doing most of the work and your only tweaking it if that.
And the massive influx of maps that he/she is posting is crazy too.

Ok why do you need 4 accounts?! And that still doesn't explain why you still stole one other persons map. And adding a new skin and some new doodads does not count as yours. The other map maker put a majority of their work into the map. That's like ford designing the mustang and then GM putting new headlights on it saying hey its our car.

bnet is automatically made in one author, what's the problem when a map changes for themselves?
Authorship is reserved for the original creator of a map. If you're reposting maps that others have made, you should not claim yourself as the author.
